Our development The Hyde wins Best Apartment/ Condominium (Singapore) at The Asia Pacific Property Awards 2021-2022. This marks the 2nd year that Aurum Land's developments have been conferred Best Condominium/ Apartment in Singapore, further cementing our position as the best-in-class developer for boutique condominiums.

Our project on 11 Balmoral, The Hyde, has been recognised in the region for Best High Rise Condo Architectural Design (Asia). Special shoutout to our architects of the project: FDAT Architects who have played a pivotal role in realising this vision.
